Hi,

I want to know if the "Suppress phase" feature can be applied to the second appearence of particular phase (e.g. clinopyroxene_1 is suppress but not clinopyroxene_0).

Yes, in alphaMELTS 1.9 it can. See the last paragraph in the MELTS file section of the manual for more details.
