These are files the in-person workshop "Thermodynamic Modeling of Magmatic Systems with alphaMELTS 2". Sat July 9, - Sun July 9, 2022.
The workshop was run as part of the Goldschmidt conference. The format was inherited from the 3-day online workshops we ran during the Covid pandemic. This was closer to the NSF-sponsored 3 day workshops hosted at Caltech and elsewhere, so is included on the main branch.
Most of the files were used during the live sessions. Exceptions are:
dry_melting -- from Paul's Zoom office hours on Tues Nov 24 (past workshop)
flux_melting -- from Paul's Zoom office hours on Wed Nov 25 (past workshop)
matlab_python_examples -- originally part of the MELTS_Matlab package
The trace elements / ENKI presentation (Antosh_II) is from the most recent in-person workshop (Caltech 2019) and is slightly out of date in some aspects.
