As of June 23, 2021 new easyMelts files are available on the MAGMA Source GitList server:

  • A minor bug in easyMelts has been fixed. Previously if liquid was exhausted then easyMelts could crash if you tried to view the plots. That should not be a problem now.
  • Also for macOS there is a new easyMelts.command script. If you want to start easyMelts by double-clicking, like you can on Windows, then double-click easyMelts.command instead. easyMelts.command makes sure that any output files end up in the same folder as easyMelts(.command). The behavior is the same as if you Terminal, navigated to where easements is and run easyMelts with the command "./easyMelts".
  • A minor difference on Windows is that easyMelts.exe will open a console which prints information about the easyMelts calculations. This can be useful for diagnosing problems if an easyMelts calculation fails.
